Food and drinks were decent but the minimum bets on the tables were quite steep.
The team here were incredibly rude to me, and after being a loyal member for years I cancelled my membership on the spot following this letdown.
Michelle on the front desk was absolutely brilliant! She made me feel instantly at ease, walking me over to the cloakroom and then the bar herself. Such a warm, caring woman towards every guest she deals with.
Came along for the Thursday evening poker tournament and the front desk team were really helpful throughout. The tournament itself was thoroughly enjoyable and the seating arrangements were well thought out. John kept everything running smoothly all night.
The table game selection is quite limited here. There’s no live baccarat table at all, only an electronic version. Pretty disappointing overall.
Service here seems to depend on who you are – some guests get warm treatment, others not so much. I’m never quite sure what the tablet-carrying staff are noting down, and honestly it can feel a bit invasive. Compared to other venues, staff do circulate more often here, but it doesn’t really come across as genuine service.
Whether you fancy trying your luck, having a proper night out, or simply want to take in the whole casino atmosphere, this place ticks every box. I’ve already booked in my next trip – couldn’t recommend it more. Brought a group of mates along and it turned into one of the best nights we’ve had in ages! Absolutely somewhere worth checking out.
