Really good casino, service was great too
Good spot to play, or just relax with a coffee somewhere warm late at night. There’s a place to charge your phone and grab a reasonably priced drink or snack while you’re with friends. Last time I ordered a risotto it came out solid instead of properly cooked, not ideal, so I’ve steered clear of the food since – but the chips are still decent for a quick bite.
Being a regular at g casino, I generally have a great time and enjoy the positive energy from both the team and other players. Special shoutout to Josh, who always keeps me updated on upcoming promotions and events. Most of the team are friendly and accommodating, but Josh really stands out with his excellent hospitality.
Was in Aberdeen for a short holiday recently and always love a casino visit as part of the experience. This particular trip stood out thanks to a wonderfully welcoming doorman named, I think, Butch. He walked my partner and I to a free table, which felt like real extra effort given how packed it was. He stayed attentive and warm the entire time and honestly made our whole trip in Aberdeen. Cheers for a brilliant holiday, Butch!
Grabbed a bacon and cheese toastie here along with a coffee, and the toastie was fantastic – packed generously with bacon, quality cheese and brown sauce on top. It looked lovely, grilled just right! Being impatient, I ended up burning the roof of my mouth! 😩😆 The team here are lovely, smartly dressed and come across as very professional.
This has to be the low point for the whole Grosvenor group. After raising it repeatedly and lodging several complaints, they finally admitted the staffing excuse was nonsense and opened a second table – despite three roulette tables sitting empty with nobody running them. It’s genuinely embarrassing that a respected brand like Grosvenor is represented by a venue run this poorly, and I’ve rarely seen such disregard for paying customers. When I mentioned it to locals, they said this branch is known for treating people this way. It’s a real letdown for such a well-regarded chain. Over eight people were waiting just to get on blackjack, including someone with £2000 ready to spend for fun. This location drags down the reputation of every other branch in the country. I’d remove the manager immediately, and as someone who genuinely enjoys these venues, I just feel messed about.
