Lovely casino with a really friendly team!
First time at this Grosvenor and Daniel, who’d only started two weeks earlier, won me over with his charm and knowledge of the roulette rules. He was so patient it made everything easy and enjoyable to pick up – we were winning and having a blast.
Isla on the front desk is brilliant, always warm, professional and great to chat with. Marcus is a pleasure every time. Freya and Nadia are constantly good for a laugh. The whole crew are absolute stars – you’re lucky to have them 🙂
Had never stepped into a casino before this. Really enjoyed ourselves – staff were so helpful and the croupiers walked us through the rules patiently. Nobody minded that we only put down £1 per bet – we definitely weren’t big spenders!
Starting with the service – courteous, considerate and nicely presented throughout. The drinks kept coming and the team went above and beyond to give us what we asked for, while the ambience and interior design were spot on. Our meal turned up within a reasonable timeframe too, and honestly it tasted great – both of us left happy with what we ordered.
Popped in with a few mates over the weekend, just for some drinks, but it was a real letdown. Barely anyone around, zero energy in the room, and the doorman kept telling people to quiet down. Nobody was being loud or out of line. A small group came through and one of them mentioned it was his birthday, quite happily, and got shushed for it. He genuinely wasn’t loud at all. The whole thing felt lifeless and miserable, like the door staff were flexing their authority over nothing. Dull, boring, and I won’t be back – you couldn’t even hold a conversation without getting told off!
