The people serving behind the bar are genuinely some of the friendliest you’ll find at any casino — other venues could learn a thing or two. It’s compact and the electronic roulette options are fairly limited, which does mean the atmosphere can be a bit flat at quieter times. Plenty of parking though, which is a definite plus.
Small place with limited machine options, not much variety. One member of staff — think her name was Pam — was genuinely outstanding though, friendly and helpful throughout. She’s earning her wages. The venue itself could do with more going on but the people make up for some of it.
Spent a good afternoon here and the team were brilliant throughout — from the front desk right through to the person doing the drinks rounds. Would happily have stopped longer but nearly every slot had a reserved sign on it, which meant me and my partner kept having to split up to find free ones. Bit frustrating when you just want to sit together and enjoy yourselves. Everything else was spot on though.
Never been to a casino before so wasn’t sure what to expect. Turned out to be a brilliant afternoon — the welcome from the moment you walk in is genuine and warm. When I had a go on roulette for the first time, one of the staff took the time to walk me through it properly without making me feel like a nuisance, all while keeping the game going. The food was great value too. Came with a group of friends and everyone had a fantastic time. Absolutely coming back.
