Maddy’s honestly my favourite, always so sweet and considerate.
Don’t spend ages here often, but whenever I do, this Grosvenor branch is always a lovely spot. The team are welcoming and easy to chat with, and honestly I’d rather watch others play while enjoying a drink at the bar. Loads of nice corners to sit back and relax or chat with mates. Solid choice for a late-night drink too, with a really warm feel to it.
After the wheel got spinning, I gave the dealer £40 and asked for £20 split between 6 and 9. He kept handing my cash back three separate times, refusing to place it. Right as we were going back and forth, the ball dropped on 9. It actually hit. My protests went nowhere though, and I never saw the £720 I should’ve been owed. Won’t be returning after that.
Simon and Sophie made my trip here something I’ll never forget. I’m just a humble Northampton lad who popped by to see a mate. They made everything feel warm and completely genuine, and I’d happily return purely because of these two. Massive credit to them both.
I used to love popping in here for my birthday with a bunch of mates every year. Not anymore though, not since the ridiculous hike in roulette prices… honestly a total joke now. A while back £50 would keep you going all night, now it barely stretches past ten minutes. What’s the point if the whole thing’s over that quickly? Also pretty let down by how rude a couple of the dealers were. I ended my membership and won’t be returning to this miserable spot again. Boo. Skip it if you’re after a fun evening!
The manager Dean sorted out a problem I had connected to the Walsall branch in a really professional and quick way today. He fixed it straight away, staying courteous throughout, and honestly deserves a mention for it. Cheers Dean, keep doing what you’re doing. He even threw in free parking as a thoughtful touch, which was genuinely appreciated. In general, this Nottingham branch has fantastic team members and a friendly vibe. It’s always enjoyable stopping by.
