The team is fantastic, they really make this venue 🙂
Napoleans never disappoints, the food is always superb.
Tried out the Baccarat table during my visit. One odd detail stood out though, you’re only permitted to view a single side of the cards, either the player’s or the banker’s. Felt a bit strange. Also the airflow inside was noticeably stuffy, a couple of fans would really help with circulation.
Spent a lovely afternoon at this spot, was slightly doubtful after seeing some feedback online but gave it a shot regardless and I’m really pleased we did. Wonderful team, a gorgeous venue, and as a nice bonus I actually walked away with a decent win 🙂
This was my very first visit to a casino, and we probably arrived a bit too soon, around 6pm. Still, the team were friendly and patient, walking us through everything and staying nearby whenever we needed a hand. There were several gaming tables along with a handful of machines. Anyone wanting a relaxed, low-pressure introduction to casinos should definitely give this spot a go.
Fantastic hospitality from JP and his colleagues, the meal was truly scrumptious. We booked for a modest 40th birthday gathering and were taken care of brilliantly throughout. The vibe was calm and welcoming, honestly it’s worth a trip purely for the dishes. From Sunday through Thursday there’s a fixed three-course menu at £35, though it’s worth checking their site for other deals.
Just left this place, I had £20k ready to gamble with, but the lanky doorman sporting a greasy mullet blocked us right at the entrance and said we appeared untidy, telling us to try harder on a Friday evening. Can’t suggest this venue at all, the employees come across as rude and quick to judge. I won’t be setting foot in there again.
Came here with my partner yesterday evening, the staff were genuinely sweet, but the chap on the door came across as pretty homophobic when we arrived. He kept insisting it’s a “members only” spot even though I’m already signed up, then asked if my partner was a member too. I told him no but that I could add him myself. He replied “that’s not the process” so I asked what he meant, and he explained an ID was needed. I showed him mine, he accepted it, and eventually let us through. Apart from that hiccup, dinner was gorgeous and I even walked away £100 richer.
