A member of the cash desk team was incredibly helpful, going well beyond what most would bother with to sort out a problem I had. The manager was equally courteous and made sure the rest of my evening went smoothly.
Went out on the Saturday evening and there was a wonderful tall security guard with braids, called Daniel, who was really approachable and kind. He looked after me and my mates the entire night. I’ll definitely come back just for him, since he made us all feel so at ease and secure.
This was my first time at a proper casino. The blackjack dealer wearing the bandana was excellent – he made sure I felt comfortable from the start and I genuinely had a brilliant time at his table. Didn’t come away with any winnings, but the experience itself was amazing. Warm staff, fairly priced drinks and top-notch service throughout. I’ll absolutely be returning.
The staff running the tables keep everything flowing nicely, even when my poker face gets read a bit too easily during a rough hand. There’s a real buzz to the place without it feeling too much. Stylish, enjoyable, and a spot I keep returning to – sometimes I come out ahead, sometimes not, but it’s always a good time.
Stopped by the bar for a couple of drinks after eating at the restaurant inside the venue. Signed up for membership, which I’d genuinely suggest doing, and got a complimentary drink plus 10% off food and beverages, which felt like a nice touch in Manchester. There was a huge range of drinks available, the bar team were fantastic, and both food and drink prices felt fair. The loos were immaculate too. If the gambling side puts you off, don’t let it – you can easily just enjoy a relaxed drink and good chat and end up pleasantly tipsy. Really love this place.
