Lovely team, always warm and courteous.
Honestly, the payout rates here seem worse than other venues nearby, though the team are lovely, particularly those behind one of the cocktail counters. My other gripe is that my loyalty tier got downgraded despite being a regular and losing plenty over time – not sure why the system flagged that change.
Fantastic team here. A couple of mates and I popped into the Salford site for our first visit tonight, and every member of staff was polite and went out of their way to help. We’ll certainly pop back before long. Special mention to two of the team who patiently answered all our questions – honestly deserve top marks.
Me and my other half had such a lovely time here. Neither of us had set foot in a casino before, fancied a proper adults-only night out away from the kids, and this fit the bill perfectly. Everyone on shift was so warm and welcoming, offering free soft and hot beverages throughout. The place was spotless too, and there’s a smoking spot outside. We’ll definitely be coming back.
