A woman working the roulette wheel who claimed to be Chinese was actually from Vietnam. On top of that, the mood in the place felt off, it was full of escorts.
I want to sincerely thank the whole team for putting together such a successful night of entertainment. Everything was carefully planned and flawlessly carried out, keeping us thoroughly entertained from start to finish. The staff’s professionalism added so much to how enjoyable the evening turned out to be. I’d especially like to thank Nawal for her exceptional commitment and skill, which played a huge part in making the event such a success. Thanks to the whole team for such a superb night.
Attended a PL event back in December. The staff were so attentive and warm throughout the night. Walking through the gaming floor was really interesting and informative. The food was superb, and topping it all off was a fantastic female DJ who clearly knows her craft and totally delivered. She’s a real credit to the venue, playing brilliantly for the crowd. Genuinely one of the best DJs I’ve come across in ages. Really appreciate it.
Came along with a group of seven and had a brilliant time. The manager John and a staff member called MD were incredibly friendly and courteous, even sorting out a query I had with a lovely gesture. Both went well beyond what was expected, would definitely suggest visiting. Fantastic service throughout!
Celebrated my birthday at Park Lane with a small group of friends. The front desk team was brilliant, warm and welcoming while staying professional throughout. The meal was fantastic and really reasonably priced. Our servers, Sefora and Maria, went out of their way with great suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed. Big thanks to Bobby and the management crew for pulling it all together and making my birthday and first visit so memorable. Fantastic place, wonderful team.
