Had a fantastic evening enjoying salmon with a glass of wine, absolutely gorgeous, plus a private tour of the venue. Loved it!
I was refused entry over my outfit being labelled too casual, yet other guests before me wearing similar clothing were let straight in. This uneven enforcement of the rules seemed unfair and biased. I’d like an explanation of the actual dress policy, confirmation it applies to everyone equally, and an apology for how differently I was treated.
Really great venue, well run with wonderfully friendly staff throughout. Would happily recommend it to anyone. A special mention to Luke, a true legend who always takes great care of you.
Stopped in for a couple of hours during a work trip to London. Had a wonderful dealer at the blackjack table for a while, but then had a really unpleasant encounter with another dealer. I asked a straightforward question about the rules, and she responded quite sharply, telling me I ought to already know as the player. She then continued scolding me for the rest of the hands I played with her. Quite an unpleasant attitude for that short stretch. Apart from that though, this venue is excellent. Just avoid the one grumpy dealer if you can.
Fantastic experience thanks to the staff, particularly Hicham and James who are always ready to help and make you feel right at home. Always greeting you with a warm smile. I’d suggest this venue to any of my friends. It’s a must-visit spot in London. The vibe here is fantastic. I’ll certainly be returning again.
A fantastic evening with wonderful people working here. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr CJ, Mr Joel, Miss Marta and Mr Rumen. They made our trip so memorable and uplifting. Their exceptional and warm service really stood out during our stay. Keep doing what you’re doing, we loved this place because of you all. It was also lovely meeting other fantastic team members like Mr Domenico and the true gentleman Mr Giovanni.
Fantastic service, lovely surroundings and gorgeous dishes as always at this London casino restaurant. On a break between meetings one afternoon, I stopped by for a quick snack. George, the lively and knowledgeable bartender, suggested the Lebanese Mezze platter, which was superb. His knowledge of the menu and genuine care were really noticeable. We had a great chat while I waited for my order, making my pause from the Electronic Roulette table even more enjoyable. Best wishes to the whole crew for continued success going forward.
