This place has a really good vibe overall. The setting is stylish, the game selection kept me entertained, though wins came only now and then rather than often. Staff were pleasant and quick to help whenever needed. Still, I’ll definitely be back for more visits.
Cristian comes across as both highly professional and genuinely warm. His attention to detail really shows, and he consistently makes guests feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell he takes real pride and care in what he does. Honestly one of the standout members of staff here!
Without question, this venue ranks among the most refined evening spots in central London. Perched up on the balcony overlooking the old converted cinema floor feels like something special every time. Massive thanks go to Prajita, whose attentiveness never wavered — her cocktails, especially a wonderfully balanced Negroni, were spot on. Dining here impressed us too; a beautifully cooked lamb dish with harissa and labneh stood out from anything you’d expect at a typical gaming venue. Sophisticated, calm, and safe throughout. Would absolutely return.
