Compared to other venues, this one holds up fairly well. It’s a shame that since the pandemic the minimum table stakes went up, and a double zero was added to the £2 table, which lowers your odds a bit. That said, the electronic roulette machines work nicely and the bar area is pleasant.
Honestly such a fantastic visit! Jacob on the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly, he really made our night special. Diana behind the bar was brilliant too, she mixed our drinks with real care and treated everyone like royalty. Would happily send anyone here, the whole team made us feel so welcome.
I have to write this review because Florentina truly made my night unforgettable. From the second we spoke she was warm, patient and full of care. She went out of her way to look after me, made sure I was comfortable, and her cheerful energy lifted the whole room. She even surprised me with a free drink, which was such a sweet touch. It’s rare to find staff who are both this professional and this genuinely kind. Florentina deserves real recognition for how brilliant she is at her job. Outstanding service, wonderful energy, and just an all-round lovely person. Thanks so much for such a memorable evening — I can’t wait to visit again!
