First time here and honestly it exceeded expectations! Neither of us are serious gamblers, but the whole team was so approachable and happy to walk us through everything. Two servers at the restaurant were especially attentive, and the meal itself was lovely. Would absolutely come again.
Spent a brilliant evening at this Grosvenor branch! The mood was upbeat and inviting, and the team on hand made everything even better. Those running the tables were skilled and more than happy to walk newcomers through the rules. Everything was spotless and well kept, giving a real sense of safety all night. The bar snacks were surprisingly good for a casino too! A solid choice for anyone after a good night out in the city, and I’ll definitely be heading back before long.
Big thanks to Daniel! He stood out as genuinely helpful and upbeat, unlike some of the others who came across as a bit short with us. He walked us through everything patiently and took the time to make sure we understood. We could use more team members like him honestly — he deserves a pay bump for his effort!
A cosy little venue, roughly ten gaming tables and about twenty machines. Everyone working there was welcoming and I had a great time on the machines.
Myself and my group were looked after brilliantly by three members of staff this evening and had such a lovely time. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic too, with plenty of options and really thoughtful service throughout. The recent renovation looks stunning — the whole space feels chic yet cosy. We’re already counting down to our next trip back. Would recommend this place wholeheartedly to anyone wanting an unforgettable evening out, as the whole team made us feel truly valued.
I come here often but each time I head to the bar for something to drink, the waitress just tells me to order from whoever’s walking round instead. I asked for nothing more than water and she claimed the roaming staff were too busy! Meanwhile there’s a whole fridge stocked with water bottles right there. Someone in charge really needs a word with their team — good customer care matters. Waiting fifteen extra minutes just for water isn’t acceptable, and I’ll take my custom elsewhere if this keeps happening. The mixed-race waitress who dealt with me kept insisting she was too busy.
