The team here just get it right every time. Mike, Richard and Colin in particular always make sure you feel like a regular rather than just another face through the door. Atmosphere is consistently great and the whole place has a warmth to it that’s hard to find elsewhere in the city. Been to a fair few London casinos and this one’s a cut above for the overall experience. Always leave having had a good time.
Called in on a whim after a nearby show and ended up having a really enjoyable evening. Good selection at the bar, comfortable vibe. One of the managers came over for a proper chat and walked us through the various games available — completely unprompted, just genuinely hospitable. That kind of personal touch makes a real difference. Pleasant all round and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in that part of town.
