The person on the door refused me entry and gave no reason whatsoever. Had been looking forward to the dining experience for a while. Left standing there with absolutely no idea what the issue was. Not exactly the welcome you’d hope for.
They do a decent discount through the week to bring people in — clever idea and it works. Quiet enough for a proper catch-up, food was enjoyable, and the atmosphere wasn’t overwhelming. Not necessarily a hardcore gaming destination but a perfectly decent spot in Kensington if you want somewhere a bit different for an evening with mates.
Wasn’t sure what to expect from a casino restaurant but honestly it was a revelation. The value for money is remarkable given the quality — every dish was beautifully put together. Our waitress was outstanding, clearly knew the menu inside out and kept the whole table looked after without ever being overbearing. All my guests left raving about it. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone sitting on the fence.
Came for a Valentine’s dinner and it exceeded every expectation. The service from our waiters was impeccable — attentive, warm, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. After the meal we drifted into the gaming area and had a brilliant time at the tables, lovely relaxed energy from the dealer. The front desk team were equally welcoming. A proper high-end night out that ticks every box — great cooking, great play, great people. Already planning a return visit.
