Always a decent time here and the staff are consistently good. Only gripe is that the table minimums have gone up noticeably — not ideal if you’re there for a casual flutter rather than serious play. Still enjoy it but wish they kept an option open for those of us who just want a bit of low-stakes fun.
Place has had a refresh but the restaurant has gone, which for a lot of us was the whole reason to visit. Now it’s just another standard gaming floor. Good luck at the tables if that’s your thing, but it’s lost a bit of what made it worth the trip.
Hadn’t set foot in here since well before the pandemic so wasn’t sure what to expect — turned out to be completely transformed. New management has clearly made a real difference. The dealers are warm and approachable, and one of the ladies took proper time explaining a new game without any hint of impatience. The bar team were just as good — friendly, attentive, genuinely lovely. Been back nearly every weekend since and it’s become a proper regular for me and my mates.
Every visit without fail delivers something worth coming back for. The wins are a bonus but honestly the whole atmosphere is what keeps drawing you in — entertaining, lively, great energy whether you’re with mates, a work crowd or just a group looking for a good evening. One of those places that just gets it right consistently.
