Top service, warm staff, great food and plenty of choice.
Tasty meals. Lovely staff. Won a bit too!
Gorgeous food – honestly if there were a scale of 100, this place would earn every point. The team here are consistently warm and courteous, the puddings hit the mark every time, and the drinks are just as good as the mains.
Popped in for a spot of roulette. Really enjoyable night out even though luck wasn’t on our side and we came away empty-handed – just wasn’t our evening! Front desk and the rest of the team were great, and there’s a smoking area indoors too. Complimentary soft drinks were a nice touch. Overall a solid visit.
Had a genuinely great meal here. The wagyu burger stood out as absolutely delicious, and the refreshed decor gave the whole room a really pleasant feel. The £20 set menu, which includes a main, a drink and a £5 betting voucher, is excellent value. Would happily send friends here!
Fantastic meal – the steak paired with a cocktail plus the £5 free play deal was superb value and packed with flavour. Ruby and Marcus looked after us brilliantly, so we’ll definitely be back before long. Managed a nice little win on the slots too, and the recent refurbishment has given the whole place a really lovely feel.
After head office suspended my membership over some vague policy issue, I’ve actually ended up much happier – I now spend my time at the Grosvenor just up the road, where vaping’s permitted and my winnings land on my card straight away. I’ve also heard the Bradford site has cut its hours drastically and no longer stays open around the clock. For a place that used to look after loyal customers of over two decades, this feels like a real letdown. It’s disappointing to see decisions made by people miles removed from the floor undoing all the effort the actual staff put in every day.
