Danyella at the bar is a favourite with both me and my wife. She is sharp, funny, knows exactly what she is doing and honestly deserves a pay rise. She makes every visit enjoyable. Carl, John and Glynn are excellent managers too, all lovely guys who clearly understand their roles. Paula, along with everyone at reception, always gives a warm welcome, and the wider team are first class as well. Thanks, everyone.
I hadn’t visited this casino in more than a decade and decided to try it again. After going back around six times, I won’t be returning. The team are efficient when opening games, dealing and working the cash desk, but the place feels completely lifeless. There is almost no atmosphere, and when poker announcements come over the tannoy the volume is unbearable. I can’t recommend it and would rather go elsewhere. I expect customer service may reply, but I doubt anything will really change.
