Friday 13 December was a fantastic night for us, with the Phil Collins tribute and Christmas dinner. The service was brilliant from arrival right through to the end. Thanks to management for inviting Sandie and me, and special credit to Larry in security plus Debbie at reception. As a disabled guest they treated me with first-class care, humour and friendly banter. Dinner was great, the champagne went down well, and the non-alcoholic drinks for me were sorted. I would absolutely recommend the Friday entertainment before New Year.
