Nice atmosphere and the staff are friendly and approachable. Food and drinks are decent value too. Only real issue is the machines — they’re almost always occupied. Could really do with expanding that side of things given how busy the place gets. Still a good night out though.
Decent venue overall — good range of tables including baccarat and mahjong which you don’t always see, and the slots section is well stocked. Main issue is getting served. The floor staff aren’t always around when you need them, especially later in the evening. Bit frustrating when you’re mid-session and can’t catch anyone’s eye. Would come back but they need more people on the floor.
Honestly can’t fault this place. From the moment you walk in, the security team are warm, chatty and genuinely funny — sets the tone immediately. The reception staff are lovely every single time, the slot host always makes you feel like a regular, and the croupiers have an energy about them that you just don’t find elsewhere. Atmosphere is brilliant, food and drinks are great, customer service is consistently on point. Easily my favourite venue and I recommend it to everyone.
